Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is: 10 Books From X Genre That I’ve Recently Added To My TBR List
I’m back with another top ten list! Since this week’s theme is about books from a certain genre we added to our TBR list, I decided not to choose a specific sub-genre of romance (basically the only genre I blog about).
1. Dear Aaron by Mariana Zapata
I absolutely adore Mariana Zapata’s books, so when she posted the book jacket of this baby on her Facebook page, I just about fainted from overwhelming joy. She plans to release it this month, and you can bet your ass I’m dropping everything the moment it’s out. Sleep is overrated anyway.
2. East in Paradise (Journey to the Heart #2) by Tif Marcelo
I just read Tif Marcelo’s debut novel, the first in this standalone series, and I absolutely loved it! East in Paradise is about Drew’s cousin, Bryn, and guess what? It’s a fauxmance book! Jackpot
(Amazon Pre-order, $5.99)
3. Anaconda (Irresistible Bachelors #1) by Lauren Landish
After finishing Mr. Fiancé, I wanted to read about Gavin and Brianna. An NFL pro athlete? Yes, please!
4. Real Dirty (Real Dirty Duet #1) by Meghan March
I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about this one. Can’t really resist a rock/pop/country star book, so this duet would’ve found its way in my TBR pile sooner or later. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
5. Real Sexy (Real Dirty Duet #2) by Meghan March
See explanation above.
Real Dirty Duet— (Amazon, $7.98)
6. Beautiful Mistake by Vi Keeland
Hello, Professor. Oh my. That blurb. That cover. I’ve only read a few of Vi Keeland’s books, but so far I liked them. I have a feeling I’m going to love this one. Cross fingers!
(Paperback pre-order, $13.49)
7. Cheater (Curious Liaisons #1) by Rachel Van Dyken
I’ve been on the fence about this one for a while. I don’t like books with OW/OM drama. But then when the reviews came out and people are raving at how funny this book was, I got curious. I loved her Wingmen Inc. series, and maybe I’ll like this just as much. The world is full of surprises.
8. Bombshell by C.D. Reiss
Three words—Single. Dad. Celebrity. I’m sold.
9. Tempt the Boss by Natasha Madison
I bought this a little while after it came out, but I haven’t been able to pick it up just yet. Hate to love, office romance books are some of my faves, and people have been saying a lot of good things about this, so I can’t wait to read it!
10. Still (Grip #2) by Kennedy Ryan
Grip was one of my top reads this first half of 2017, and when I found out Grip and Bristol are coming back, I wanted to cry. I seriously can’t wait to get my hands on this!!!
How about you? What did you add to your TBR list lately? If you have your own Top Ten list, feel free to link it in the comments 🙂 xx
