Four years ago, Sherry lost everything. Her house. Her parents. And Hunter, the love of her life. She left the small town she’d called home and tried not to look back. He’s gone. Move on. Don’t think of him. But when she learns Hunter is alive, she’s forced to question that awful night when everything was ripped away from her.

Four years ago, Hunter lost Sherry. She was his home, his family, and the love of his life. He abandoned the town that held so many painful memories, but he couldn’t stop himself from looking back. Where was she? How was she? Did she think of him, too? But when his father’s death brings both of them back home, he must deal with the fallout from his choice all those years ago.

Hunter and Sherry were childhood friends, high school sweethearts, and everything in between. Hunter always told her…

Ours is a love people write stories about.

But will it be a fairy tale or a tragedy?

This is a wonderful story about a girl in pigtails and a pink dress and a boy who loved to run.

Sherry’s graduation is supposed to be one of the happiest days of her life. Instead, it reminds her of what she’s lost—her parents, brother, and soulmate, Hunter. She’s spent the last four years barely living, still haunted by the ghosts of her past. But when she receives information that her soulmate is still alive, she drops everything and flies back to where it all started and ended. She has a lot of questions that need answers, and Hunter’s the only one who can give it to her.

I am in love with the hero! I love an alpha as much as the next girl does, but there’s just something about an adorable, sweet, nerdy guy like Andrew that makes me grin and swoon.

How to Date a Douchebag: The Studying Hours by Sara Ney | Review

As far as new adult sports romances go,  How to Date a Douchebag: The Studying Hours doesn’t have the most unique plot out there. In fact, it’s pretty cliché. The douchebag athlete, the surprisingly non-nerd nerd, a dare, sparks. But Sara Ney wrote it in a way that made it refreshing […]

Review⎜Losing It (Losing It #1) by Cora Carmack

One of my good friends recommended it to me a while back, but I only got to read it recently. This story reminded me of Last Will and Testament, a NA novel with the student-teacher love story. 22 year old Bliss Edwards felt like a unicorn in college; she was a virgin […]

Review⎜Heat (Elements of Chemistry #2) by Penny Reid

Although I liked this more than the first book, I still wasn’t in love with it.   In this installment, Kaitlyn and Martin take their relationship to the next level. Meaning: sex sex sex. Yes, people. This book has them sleeping together like bunnies in the Spring.    I didn’t find […]

Review⎜Attraction (Elements of Chemistry #1) by Penny Reid

Okay, I’ll just start this review by saying I only gave Attraction a rough 2.5/2.75 stars because I managed to finish the whole series.   Kaitlyn Parker has been Martin Sandeke‘s chemistry partner for the last two semesters, and despite the fact that she has been lusting over him for so […]
