Meet Your Next Book Boyfriend: Prince Henry Pembrook from Royally Matched by Emma Chase

Thank you to Foxy Blogs for hosting another year of Your Next Book Boyfriend blog tour! 14 bloggers, 14 boyfriends, and a lot of giveaways! For the 7th stop, the book boyfriend I'm featuring is in a different league of his own. The hero of Royally Matched,

Meet Prince Henry John Edgar Thomas Pembrook, Military Soldier, Prince, and Future King of Wessco

Since Emma Chase welcomed us to Wessco, the fictional kingdom in the Royally series, my heart belonged to Prince Henry. This guitar-playing prince is fun, sweet, and has the heart, passion, and sincerity of a great leader. As the second son, Prince Henry was never meant to be king—and he took advantage of the freedom he got from being the spare—but there's just something about him that makes people adore him. Whether it's charisma, his good looks or rogueish and mischievous aura, he's a man who commands a room simply by being in it.

“…they will follow Henry because they love him. They’ll see in him their son, brother, best friend, and even if he mucks it up now, they will stick with him because they will want him to succeed.”

He's the kind of man you'll still support, still cheer for when he falls down because you know deep down he'll rise up a better man. Plus, when this man loves, he loves with all of his heart. He and Sarah were so good to and for each other, and their relationship is a testament to his character as a man and a top book boyfriend.

“I want to change the world with you at my side, holding your hand. I love you, Sarah, and whatever happens, I promise there won’t be a day that I don’t love you with all that I am.”

So now, it's an honor to present to you 5 Things You Didn't Know About Prince Henry of Wessco by Emma Chase! Special thanks to Emma for giving us a little bit more about Prince Henry!

5 Things You Didn't Know About Prince Henry of wessco

1. Henry’s zodiac sign is Aries (courageous, confident, enthusiastic, honest, impatient, passionate, and impulsive)

2. When he was a boy, Henry had a pet owl named Scotty.

3. Henry’s favorite color is: whatever color Lady Sarah is wearing (even if it’s black).

4. When Henry was sixteen and away at boarding school, he slipped his security detail and went skydiving, under an assumed name. To this day, he thinks Queen Lenora doesn’t know about this little adventure…but she does.

5. Henry has the birthdates of each of his five children (Jane, Edward, Margaret, Isabel and Gilbert) tattooed on his right rib cage.

Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry Charles Albert Edgar Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.

He’s not handling it well.

Hoping to force her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora goes on a much-needed safari holiday—and when the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:

Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.

A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.

While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his eye.

The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit…and her naughty sense of humor.

But Rome wasn’t built in a day—and irresponsible royals aren’t reformed overnight.

As he endeavors to right his wrongs, old words take on whole new meanings for the dashing Prince. Words like, Duty, Honor and most of all—Love.
